Progressive's Flo and Jamie Meet Superman
Let the summer movie tie-ins begin!

Capes, aprons—it’s all good.
Flo and the Progressive team star with the Man of Steel for spots focused on protection.
Because Superman guards the world. And Progressive offers accident response services. It’s a synergistic stretch, perhaps, but agency Arnold Worldwide makes it work. Heroically—like all insurance companies. (Remember Bateman?)
Here, Jamie doesn’t fly like a bird or a plane. But you can’t have everything.
“Our goal is to drive reach and consideration with new audiences in ways we couldn’t otherwise access them,” Meghan Walsh, Progressive integrated marketing lead, tells Muse.
“This campaign speaks to comic fans and movie lovers—because for many, Superman is a generational hero,” she says. “By tapping into universally relatable moments where help is needed most, the spot connects the emotional power of a beloved character with the practical reassurance of real-world support. This makes the superhero tie-in both timely and relevant.”
Driven by footage from the upcoming DC/Warner Bros. Superman flick that drops in July, the campaign touts Progressive’s in-app Accident Response feature.
“Bringing Metropolis to life behind the scenes was a massive effort,” Walsh recalls. “When we filmed the spot, production on the movie had already wrapped, so we had to fully recreate Metropolis from the ground up. It took a village of creative partners to ensure every detail felt cinematic and true to the Superman legacy.”
The Big Guy looks pleased, kind of:
