A Gal and Her Toad Hype Eco-Friendly Clothes
Watch them hang out at her pad
Girl meets Toad. They fall in love. But a sustainable jacket comes between them. Same old story.
“Toady McToad” is the slimy breakout star, rocking a tale of romance and organic lifestyles for Toad&Co.
Chicago creative studio Someoddpilot developed the campaign, which broke last week across TV and social.
Hopefully they’ll make a sequel and help Toady flesh out his IMDb page.

“No AI here. Just a couple of toads and their stunt doubles,” says Someoddpilot creative director Anton Jeludkov. “We’ve cast plenty of animals as our star talent—we’ve worked with rabbits, hawks, dogs. But this is our first amphibian. They need a lot of rest, but other than that, a dream on set. Doing things practically keeps the joy in our creative work.”
He adds: “We aren’t just selling a jacket, we are telling a 30-year love story between people and the clothes they refuse to part with. The idea was to grab attention fast—yes. But to keep it focused on an emotional truth: that durability, sustainability and personality matter.”
