CeraVe's Got a Silly G.O.A.T Mascot Now

Her name is Sarah V. It figures

You could say CeraVe’s following the herd. But please don’t.

Goat/G.O.A.T. references are all the rage in adland these days. And CeraVe fans on social media often refer to the brand as the G.O.A.T. of skincare products.

So, Ogilvy launched Sarah V., a wooly mascot who’s got the wide-eyed “What? Me?!” expression going on like nobody’s business:

Shades of ’70s Sid & Marty Krofft? NCAA Division 2 football? Feel the vibes.

Alas, Sarah’s not nearly as massive as Tom Brady’s wild goat ride for Dick’s Sporting Goods. On the plus side, she’s less murdersous than Viator’s mangy mountain-top monster. So far.

Clearly a play for share-ability, the work launched last week across CeraVe’s social platforms.
